Registration and Attendance Policy and Procedures

At Quantum Real Estate Academy, we strive to provide a smooth registration process and ensure regular attendance of our students in our classes. Below are our standard policies and procedures for registration and attendance:

Registration:

  1. Registration Process:

  • Interested students can enroll in our courses through our website, by phone, or in person at our administrative office.

  • During the registration process, students will be required to provide personal and contact information as well as relevant payment details.

​   2. Registration Confirmation:

  • Upon completion of the registration process and receipt of the corresponding payment, students will receive a registration confirmation via email or other agreed-upon means.

   3. Registration Deadline:

  • The registration deadline for each course will be specified on our website and in any relevant promotional material. Students are encouraged to register within this deadline to secure their spot in the desired course.

Attendance:

  1. Mandatory Attendance:

  • Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes for the course they have enrolled in.

  • Regular attendance is crucial for academic success and a comprehensive understanding of the course material.

   2. Attendance Record:

  • Attendance of students will be recorded in each class session.

  • Students are required to check-in at the beginning of each class to confirm their attendance.

 

   3. Attendance Policy:

  • Students must maintain an attendance rate of 80% or higher to be eligible to receive a certificate of completion at the end of the course.

  • Students who miss more than 20% of the scheduled classes may be subject to disciplinary actions, including possible disqualification from the course.

  4. Communication of Absences:

  • Students unable to attend a class must notify the administration as far in advance as possible.

  • Arrangements may be made to make up for missed material depending on availability and instructor policy.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Students may cancel their enrollment as outlined in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Students are advised to review this policy before enrolling in a course.
